'We thoroughly enjoyed this home. We were an extended family of 10 adults. Having the two separate in-law apts allowed us to spread out so we werent constantly "on top" of each other. Two nights had "feels like" temps in the negatives numbers and we were still warm!! We highly recommend this property. It is in a very desirable location, so close everything in both No Woodstock and Lincoln. We loved the dining table; big enough for all of us to sit around so we had many shared family meals, and...

'This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our get-away in the NH mountains! This location is convenient to so many things. Lovely mountain, great community center, and such a cozy, comfortable home to stay in! The master suite upstairs was very comfortable (window shades would improve both moonlight and morning sun disturbances). Bathrooms were clean and very well equipped with (healthier!) shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Soft, clean towels (bath towels are small, we prefer the size of the pool towels...

'Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

'Our group really enjoyed the large house and balcony. It was comfortable cooking in the kitchen, especially with the island for surface space. The living room library and movie selections and nearby community center was a plus as well. Josh was an excellent host.'

The owners were great and respond to all messages right away and are very accessible for any questions or concerns. Would love to come back in the summer time.'

It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this.'
