I travel alone so i was put in a tiny room. There is no sound proofing. Loud neighbor in early am yelling and phone ringing. Since i stayed two nights, no room cleaning, i hadto ask for water

This hotel smelled awful. A strong smell of mold. The swimming pool was very bad, when my family swam in the pool, my son got rashes that lasted multiple days. The pool looked dirty and was very acidic and tasted soyr..

The room was amazing. They did construction so we had to change room during our stay. Did have a buffé for breakfast and fried egg with an chief in the mornings. The staff were not so good at english. The meny for dinner were not very exiciting. We had roomservice wich was brilliant.

Hotel is no where near 4 stars. Shower drain was not working well. Carpet was very dirty and smelled like mildew. Sheets and blanket had blood stains. Staff was very friendly and had very good customer service skills. Very happy with service. Will never consider to returning to hotel.

Not bad for a short stay
It was a great stay, near local food and drinks. Room condition and showers are great; hot came water right on. Need to keep sink clean inside out; felt disgusting when washing your face.

急需改進的四星級酒店
本次進駐時剛遇到整修,打牆壁的灰塵很多,另外原本應該是禁菸的確發生客戶在房間外面走廊吸菸,導致其他房間充滿煙味. 另外餐廳晚餐並無提供飲料,因為餐廳在一樓,如果需要飲料還需上去九點,非常不舒適.

Great customer service from all staff. Good location near restaurants and other services. Spacious room with good layout, however not an optimum choice for floor material in VN climate and cleanliness: carpet in bedroom area. Misty odor and several visible stains on the floor. Laminate or wood floor would be a better choice.

The room was good. The spa area was in bad conditions. Some floor tile was sticking up. Stubbed my feet pretty bad. The shower drain was clogged. So showering was a nightmare. The pool water was brought from the artic. But other wise, it was an ok stay.

Holiday One in Can Tho, VN
The room was huge. The bad was comfortable. The bathroom wall is covered with granite with horizontal line indented for decoration. The indentation was covered with mildew. The odor from a heated oil deodorant was suffocated. We had to ask them to remove the oil so we can breath.

A great location to visit local market and the park on the river (a km away). Best part and most memorable for me was the staff set me up with a guided river tour with a local woman in her boat.

every thing good but one worse case of staff
totally happy,but at the end when check out, i forgot the pocket in room and ask for bring down for me, after get,i know lost 1 paper 500k which i know it must have as just withdraw from bank, and maybe know who get it. just note reception for this case,and they should change staff, i dont raise claim as this is also my false. a little down.

Bel hôtel, mais on ne s'y sente pas les bienvenus
Le personnel de l’hôtel n'est pas souriant; L'eau de la piscine est froide, on n'a pas pu s'y baigner. Les prix du restaurant sont élevés. Lors du checking de la chambre à notre départ, on nous a réclamé 30 000 VND pour une boisson du bar que nous n'avions pas consommée : 10 mn de discussion pour faire admettre qu'on ne devait rien. On ne se sent pas du tout les bienvenus dans cette ville sinon des "portes feuilles sur pattes".

Rum utan fönster och kran som inte nådde ända fram
Det var ju billigt. Badkaret höll inte tätt, kranen räckte inte fram till handfatet, några hade party i trapphuset, byggjobbare drog igång borren innan 7 på morgonen. Men det var ju billigt.

Hôtel très luxueux moyennement entretenu; joints salle de bain à refaire, enduits murs abîmés à certains endroits, produit pour les mains dans un distributeur qui coule sur le mur; propreté moyenne: quelques cheveux par-ci par-là, produits d'hygiène offerts collants (visiblement ouverts par le précédent occupant); chambre très bien équipée (commande centrale de toutes les fonctionnalités électriques sur un seul tableau de commande), chambre spacieuse, accueil souriant et aimable mais pas de lit bébé! Notre fils de 16 mois a dormi au sol sur des couvertures. Donc, je dirais que le prix est un peu cher pour le lieu géographique et la qualité de la prestation. Un peu moins cher, nous serions plus tolérant.
