'We traveled from Alaska to ME with a large group. This home was large and had just about all the amenities we needed at an affordable price. The property was beautiful and the process was easy.'

The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty. 'Itvstarted with a 24 hour notice due to our original house being flooded for the storm. They fot us in a day later to this smaller yet spacious lakehouse with many little surprises! We enjoyed the large master suite with the clawfoot tub. The outside sauna was a blessing and the wood stove! The the renovations were lovely. We were comfortable and relaxed for pur elipse little get away! Thank.ypu SO MUCH for having us in such short notice and sharing this lovely little cabin!'

We took my parents here for their anniversary and everyone was just blown away at the cozy aesthetic, the cleanliness, and the hospitality the hosts provided in this little house in the woods. Kerrie was so prompt and kind in answering any questions we had. 'My wife and I were delighted to find this late season stay in Lakewood. We mentioned to the hosts that we enjoyed the show at the Lakewood Theater during a previous stay in the area. Before we knew it, she'd gotten us tickets for the bonus, end of season show at the theater. And she made reservations for us at the Lakewood Inn for dinner. The evenings were a bit cool for us Texans so the new electric space heater was greatly appreciated!'
