'This was our first time to Maine. This camp ground was excellent. We stayed in a cottage. The cottage had a queen bed, full bath, full kitchen, living room, tv, couch with a pull out bed and a small dining area as well as two porches. I would definitely return due to the great location and distance to Acadia and Bar Harbor. '

'We camped at Freedom Farm and enjoyed the secluded woods setting for our tent. Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It is beautifully situated and is a short drive from some excellent hiking and biking in nearby state parks. I think a couple of things, though, could be improved. The tent was set up on an incline, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable than it might have been. I would recommend that the hosts build a level platform...

'We had an amazing time and so did our dogs. Jack greeted us promptly and carried our bags to our site. He showed us around the site and was available if we needed anything. Unlike most camping sites we didn’t need to set anything up. Even the fire pit was ready to go! Just light the paper and enjoy. There is plenty of space on the sites and spaced nicely from the other sites. The grounds were also extremely quiet.'

'Justin’s directions to the property are SPOT ON. It is very easy to get to using the description. The tipi was wonderful! The site was a good size and the access to the trails nearby were a bonus. The wood oven stove was clean and in good condition. Everything went off without a hitch honestly. Very fun!'
