Een luxe hotel in Banff geeft meer voor dezelfde of goedkopere prijs. standaard cabin: - verf bij kozijnen afgebladderd - stoel op veranda viel bijna uit elkaar - er stonden kartonnen bekertjes, geen kopjes of glazen voor bijv een drankje, of het spoelen na tandenpoetsen. - Koffieapparaat werkte niet naar behoren - waterkoker was niet aanwezig , theezakjes wel. We moesten blijkbaar om een apparaat vragen. Dit stond nergens vermeld. - geen regendouche zoals...

'It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! It was really fantastic and although it’s going through construction right now and there were times of a bit of noise it was still wonderful '
