'This hotel location was great, right off interstate and location was near good resturants. The rooms were spacious with a pull out couch and separate area for the three of us. The room was updated and clean. There was a full breakfast and we dined poolside. The fitness room was limited (no weights or dumbbells) We enjoyed our stay and will be back when visiting friends. '

'This was our second time staying at this property. Sunday morning was very busy and the breakfast area was a mess, trash over flowing, no syrup, empty waffle mix, milk empty. And no person around to work the dining area. I was very upset with the amount of money we paid to stay here that this was the condition for breakfast. The other mornings were better during our stay but Sunday was very disappointing '

'Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! My husband was a patient at Cleveland Clinic and I appreciated the hospital discount. The staff was helpful when I had to get back into my room. Bed was nice, Clean frig, lots of space. Great stay!'

It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. '

'Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....

'This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.'

'We booked the room online about 10 minutes before we arrived. We had absolutely no trouble checking in as soon as got there. Super smooth and fast, were given our complementary water, key cards, breakfast and wifi info and headed to our room in less than 10 minutes, possibly even 5.
