'This property was remodeled. The staff was super friendly and nice. The AC was in a weird spot, but it worked. Water pressure in the shower was a little too low for me but the water was hot. Other than that for a short stay it was comfortable, affordable, and someplace I will come back to. '

Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....

Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. '

'This hotel location was great, right off interstate and location was near good resturants. The rooms were spacious with a pull out couch and separate area for the three of us. The room was updated and clean. There was a full breakfast and we dined poolside. The fitness room was limited (no weights or dumbbells) We enjoyed our stay and will be back when visiting friends. '

Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however.
