'This hotel location was great, right off interstate and location was near good resturants. The rooms were spacious with a pull out couch and separate area for the three of us. The room was updated and clean. There was a full breakfast and we dined poolside. The fitness room was limited (no weights or dumbbells) We enjoyed our stay and will be back when visiting friends. '

It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. '

Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....

'The staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is in a quiet area, though that may change as it looks like there may be construction soon. Breakfast and dinners were good plus you can walk across the parking lot to a combination winery& restaurant or the brewery and restaurant...both were excellent. '

'This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.'
