It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. '

Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. '
