'I would rate this hotel as the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m always willing to give positive reviews and highlight aspects but the cleaning it was extremely poor! Human hair and steins on the bed sheets and bed towels. They literally just fixed the room without changing any linen at all. Although the staff was friendly and polite! '

'This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The Staff was welcoming and friendly! The hotel is in a nice location with lots of places to get coffee and breakfast quickly if you didn't want to eat at the hotel. The room was clean and the kitchen in the room was so useful and nice. I would definitely stay there again with my family.'

Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there.
We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors
There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same.
Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders'

'If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing...
