'The only problem we had was a guest above us throwing sunflower seed shells and gummy bears down on our patio. We had a swim out and their garbage attracted ants which was very annoying. Other than that every single staff member was extremely polite, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would recommend this resort to everyone and would love to return for another relaxing stay'

It is a bit far from Castries and other attractions, but the fact that you can kayak, surf, sail, play tennis any time is very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly. The only thing missing is that there might be like a kids program so that they can get to know each other, they have sports instructors etc so they could get a game started at the beach. 'The staff were amazing!!!! Loved the continental breakfast. The shuttle made it easy to visit Soufrière. A special thanks to GAVIN, our taxie driver and our guide. He gave us a true feeling of the Caribbean. When we first arrived, we thought maybe we made a mistake by going to Soufrière but no, we enjoyed every minute. Don’t let all the stairs square you. It was doable and very unique. '

'I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this...

'I decided to stay here based on other reviews, and I am glad I did. The beach was nice and long for a good walk, swimming and doing exercises in the ocean was amazing, all sand (no rocks), very gradual slope getting into ocean, room was great, bed was great, linens were top quality, staff were very friendly, the little restaurant had good options for meals, great massages. will definitely stay here again'

'We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10'

'I visited St Lucia for 2 weeks and I stayed in 3 hotels. And I can say that if you are a couple, this is it. Look no further! It has a dining room, wine cellar and bar that are what you need. Beach restaurant/bar, SPA, and a beautiful view from most of the small houses. TiKaye means small house.
