'I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say...

'The room was spacious and the veiw was amazing. 6 restaurant on the resort. The resort had 4 resident cats which hung out and staff took care of one was especially friendly, but are pets allowed for guest to bring I dont know. Plenty of amenities the spa was spectacular amd the boat tour was a blast. You really don't have to leave the resort for anything. I'm already planning when to go back.'

'We had such a lovely stay at Harbor Club and cannot wait to be back! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and just as pictured, and the amenities and food were great as well. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. A huge shout out to Kwasi, Chris, Tarikh, Linus, Quincy, and Darwin. They were so kind and made our stay truly memorable. ♥️ '

'The views from our room were absolutely breath taking. The privacy was incredible for our occasion which was our honeymoon. The staff treated us like absolute royalty! We also thoroughly enjoyed the hike on the property, the handmade art available, and the beautiful restaurant on site. Another unique thing was the property provided us with a cell phone to contact them for anything we needed (taxi, directions, etc.) wherever we roamed in the area. We absolutely adored this place and hope to come...

'Op deze plantage zit je midden in de natuur van Saint Lucia. Een stuk of 10 huizen en alle faciliteiten, dankzij ook de dagbezoekers. Je hebt een paar wandelingen in de directe omgeving, waarbij een prachtig uitzicht op de Pitons de beloning is. Een auto is handig, maar met lokale bussen kom je ook een eind. '

'Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms. '
