The booking should have been refused but instead they took our money and refused to refund. I have all the documentation but Hotels.com states they cannot help. 'Alhoewel de service en het ontbijt in dit hotel niet geweldig zijn, zou ik het zeker aanraden. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en dit hotel is veel goedkoper dan het naast gelegen Hummingbird. Perfect voor heet duiken (duikshop dichtbij).'
