The rooms were a little dated, but clean. Beds were comfortable and we enjoed the swim up room. We did have difficulty booking dinner reservations. You can't book a reservation without a room number, but don't receive the room number until check-in. By that time the only times available were after 9:00. The lunch/dinner buffet was not great food was often cold or dried out. The spirts bar food was also not great and they were out of the two thjngs we actually wanted. The breakfast buffet was good as was the breakfast at Grazie, but they were only open for breakfast one day during our stay.. We really enjoyed the a la carte restaurants for dinners, especially Hunters and Zen, just wish we had been able to get an earlier reservation. We wound up missing a lot of the evening entertainment because we were eating. Drinks were a little weak as expected at an all inclusive. The staff was hit or miss on the friendliness factor. Although some did go over and above, especially Brendan and the Dips swim up bar. He was amazing 11/10 customer service with a smile. He made sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying themselves. The spa staff was friendly and provided excellent services.
