'Didn't appear that the floors of the room are ever cleaned. It is tile, but saw no signs of them ever being mopped. 98% of staff was amazing, a few restaurant server's seemed miserable everyday. Bar selection was ok, but this was probably due to being all inclusive property. Balcony was very spacious, I had a suite, but I was on first level, so my view was obstructed! Trees could be trimmed.'

It is a bit far from Castries and other attractions, but the fact that you can kayak, surf, sail, play tennis any time is very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly. The only thing missing is that there might be like a kids program so that they can get to know each other, they have sports instructors etc so they could get a game started at the beach. 'I visited St Lucia for 2 weeks and I stayed in 3 hotels. And I can say that if you are a couple, this is it. Look no further! It has a dining room, wine cellar and bar that are what you need. Beach restaurant/bar, SPA, and a beautiful view from most of the small houses. TiKaye means small house. 'I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this...

'We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10'

They shared fun facts about the hotel and their culture, along with some local fruits and snacks while we sat by the pool. The resort is immaculately maintained with beautiful gardens everywhere.
