'If you are looking for a little gem between Soufrière and Marigot Bay, this is it. Quiet for those looking for less tourists but still want to explore. Owner/proprietor does everything herself, from cooking to cleaning with the help of one staff. Meals made to order. Pizza night was awesome. Local beer always available. Views are breathtaking and should not be missed. We rented a car; would recommend using taxis and meeting them at the bottom of the hill.'

'Goede, behulpzame gastheer/eigenaar. Appartement vrij basic (ongezelig tl-licht en kale spaarlampen zonder armatuur, geen waterkoker) maar schoon. Het ligt in een woonwijk zonder andere hotels en tussen de zeer eenvoudige huizen en hutjes, met fantasitisch uitzicht op de haven en op de noordelijke luchthaven. The very old tree with a tree swing made for great photo opportunities. The flowers and hummingbirds were beautiful. 'This is a great property and the owner and staff are great. They drove us to Castries and to the store and were available and helpful on many occasions. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and the sound of the waves made sleeping easy after a busy day. Catching a mini bus just outside the door was a great and cheap.'

'Great spacious rooms although the view can't be beaten to be the best thing of it. This is of coarse because it is quite a bit up the hill. Its okay to hike down to the town, but I would want to walk it back up. Better take a taxi for that.'

'Bayfront Hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of Fort de France. Close to transportation, shops, restaurants, etc. There is no actual front desk reception, but once you are staying here, Serge, the manager, will buzz you in when you have gone out and are returning.'
