'I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

'My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works...

'Excellent hospitality'

'Goede, behulpzame gastheer/eigenaar.

'The villa may be a problem for people with a slight mobility problem as the access has a very steep incline. There are really no bars or restaurants near by. We did however have a lovely time and would go back!'

'Veryclran room, extremely courteous and helpful staff.. Very quiet location and in good proximity key amenities.'

'I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out. This property is highly recomended.'

'Marigot Bay Guesthouse is beautifully situated on a lush hillside with stunning views of the harbor. Ann and Danny are warm, welcoming hosts who go out of their way to make guests feel at home. My room was exceptionally quiet, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed, with great attention to detail throughout. The combination of the peaceful setting, beautiful scenery, and genuine hospitality made for a wonderful stay.'

'We had a couple issues with the room. Microwave worked day 1 & 2 after that it didn't work at all. The tub was broken and non-functional the entire stay. The sink in the bathroom needed new cartridges, water would flood the handles.'

'The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.'

'Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.'

'Amazing boutique apartment, very clean.'

'Great spacious rooms although the view can't be beaten to be the best thing of it. This is of coarse because it is quite a bit up the hill. Its okay to hike down to the town, but I would want to walk it back up. Better take a taxi for that.'

'I went to do excursions came back left some money in my pocket when I went to go look for it the money was gone'

'price quality balance is far far off'
