What sold me was the service. Anne, the owner is a super wonderful host. We arrived on the ferry after 9pm. She collected us from ferry dock. 'Goede, behulpzame gastheer/eigenaar. Appartement vrij basic (ongezelig tl-licht en kale spaarlampen zonder armatuur, geen waterkoker) maar schoon. Het ligt in een woonwijk zonder andere hotels en tussen de zeer eenvoudige huizen en hutjes, met fantasitisch uitzicht op de haven en op de noordelijke luchthaven. Dagelijks komen er cruiseschepen aan en af en kleine vliegtuigen landen en stijgen op van het vliegveld aan overzijde van de baai. Geen fornuis in de keuken maar wel magnetron en...

'Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. '

'Very quiet & peaceful where I was staying at the top of the funicular. But also lively when I walked down to the main part of the Bay. Lots of eating options - Hurricane Hole & Chateau Mygo are both good. '
