This stylish one-bedroom apartment offers a modern and comfortable stay, ideal for couples, solo travellers, and business guests. Located on Level 4 (above ground), the apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and features convenient self-contained living with essential amenities.

Bedroom Configuration

Bedroom 1: 1 Double Bed. Clothing storage is also provided.

Living and Dining

Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a Smart TV, lounge, and study desk, providing a convenient space for work or study.
Dining Area: A dining table is available for enjoying meals.
Balcony: A small private balcony is available.

Bathroom and Laundry

Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with a washer and dryer combination.

Core Amenities

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning is available.
Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approximately a 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags. Guests staying longer are kindly asked to bring their own toiletries.

Building Access and Parking

Access: The apartment is located on Level 4 (above ground). Lift access is available in the building.
Parking: One parking space is available.
Please note that the parking remote is temporarily unavailable while we are arranging a replacement with the building.
In the meantime, guests can still use the parking space, but the vehicle registration number must be provided at least 1 day before check-in so we can arrange parking access with the building.

Important Information
Check-in and Key Collection: Guests will need to collect the keys from an off-site location approximately 500 metres from the property before accessing the apartment.
Noise: As the apartment is located in the Canberra CBD, some level of city or environmental noise may be noticeable from time to time.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Fire Alarms
Tampering with or covering smoke alarms is illegal. An AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
Emergency Call-outs
If guest actions trigger a fire brigade response, the call-out fee (approximately AUD $2,000) will be charged to the guest.
Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.
