- Meals, cable TV channels, daily cleaning, and transportation are not included but can be arranged for an extra fee; a baby crib is available free on request (please request 24 hours in advance, subject to availability)

Self check-in. We provide a private access code so you can arrive at your convenience within the established check-in hours, with no waiting. We do not have permanent staff on site, but our team is available by chat anytime for whatever you need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You are in downtown Cancun, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, and local markets. Highlights nearby include Mercado 28 and Mercado 23, where you will find handicrafts, clothing, food, and drinks.



For culture and history, visit Parque Las Palapas, which hosts festivals and concerts, and the striking Cristo Rey Church. The downtown area is well connected to the rest of the city by bus and taxi, and you can catch a bus to the Riviera Maya from the nearby Cancun bus terminal.



Getting Around:

Many restaurants, shops, and sights are within walking distance. Other ways to get around:



- Taxis: easy to find on any corner and affordable within downtown (fares rise for the Hotel Zone). Always agree on the price before starting the trip.

- Bicycles: available to rent from several shops; Cancun has an extensive network of bike paths.

- Car rental: you can park on the street outside the property; a car is convenient for exploring the larger area.

- Public buses: an economical, practical network connecting downtown with the Hotel Zone and beyond.

- Colectivos: shared vans along Cancun's main road, a cheap and practical option for the city and surroundings.



Other Things to Note:

Please note this studio is in a condominium with shared areas, so there may be some noise during your stay (from other guests, animals, or traffic). There may also be ongoing construction in the building or nearby area; any expected impact is reflected in the price, and we appreciate your understanding.



Before arrival, we request a photo of an official ID for each guest who will be staying, as well as signature of the condominium regulations. This authorizes building access and helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.



You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, neighborhood dogs, geckos, spiders, and occasionally scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out in the open.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21C.
