This studio has a double bed and a single sofa bed, ideal for couples or small groups. The location is perfect for exploring all that Cancun has to offer, being close to popular spots like Mercado 28, Parque de las Palapas, and the ADO.

In the area you will find a wide variety of dining options, from local restaurants to international fast food chains, as well as supermarkets, shops, cafes and much more.

The studio also has a dining table and basic kitchen utensils to prepare light meals. Also, for your entertainment, we offer Wi-Fi and Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies.

But that's not all: we also offer a personalized concierge service that will be happy to help you book transportation services, tours, activities, restaurants, and much more. Room cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. Extra cleaning or other services have an extra cost.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the property, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.


⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any force majeure event where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
