Guest Access:

Self check-in with an access code. We send you a personal code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within the established hours) with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site. We stay reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Cancun is a vibrant and lively area that offers a unique mix of local culture, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It is the heart of the city and is the place where locals and tourists mingle to enjoy all that Cancun has to offer.



In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.



One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.



Getting Around:

You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, your Concierge can help you book those services.

We do not have a parking space on the property, there are free parking spaces on the street subject to availability.

Other Things to Note:

The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only, to reinforce building security; none invade guest privacy.



Guest registration: before arrival we will request a photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property and a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This keeps a good relationship with neighbors and complies with building rules.



Nature: you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for this environment.



Cleaning & amenities: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking during the stay is available for an additional cost.



Air conditioning: for proper operation, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on and do not set it below 21C.
