Building amenities (shared): large pool and rooftop pool, gym, lounge and BBQ/grill area (grill available for a small fee), 24-hour security, luggage storage, and underground parking.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy excellent shared amenities: 24-hour security, a swimming pool (including a rooftop pool), a gym, washer and dryer, indoor parking, and luggage storage before check-in (after 11:00 AM). The rooftop grill area is available for an additional fee of $12 USD. This is a quiet, family-friendly condominium where everyone's tranquility is a priority.

The Neighborhood:

The building is on the well-known Avenida Tulum in Cancun (basement parking access via the ramp). Taxis are easy to catch to reach any part of the city. Within a 10-minute walk you'll find a supermarket, the ADO secondary bus station (buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and more), Galenia Hospital, and the Las Americas mall, where you can catch public transport to the Hotel Zone beaches.



Getting Around:

The apartment includes free underground parking plus limited free parking outside the building. The public bus stop is a 7-minute walk. From Las Americas mall, take the bus to "Crucero," get off at the City Hall (Palacio Municipal), cross the street, and take Route 1 or Route 2 to the Hotel Zone. By the Ibis hotel there is an ADO secondary station with buses to Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, Tulum, and Xcaret. Cancun International Airport is about 15-20 minutes by car.

Please note: although the location on a main avenue is very convenient, there can be some noise from traffic and from construction in the area and the adjoining building. Our pricing reflects this.



Condominium rules: please do not shout in hallways or common areas; keep sound at a reasonable volume inside the apartment and on the balcony so as not to disturb neighbors; and treat the property and shared amenities with care.



Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.
