Enjoy Atlantic views from the private terrace of this bright 30 m² studio for two, set in Caletillas just behind the seafront and close to the promenade.

Located on the first floor, the studio offers a practical open-plan layout with a large sofa-bed, a sitting area with television and a fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Italian and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, extractor fan, washing machine and complete cookware and tableware. The shower room includes a hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided, together with fibre Wi-Fi, a standing fan, iron and ironing board.

The private terrace has a table and two chairs for breakfast or a quiet break overlooking the sea. Guests have access to the year-round communal pool from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm. The pool area also has shared sun loungers, showers and toilets.

The promenade, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport connections are located nearby.

There is no lift or private parking, and stairs are required to reach the first floor. The complex has no separate children’s pool, and no cot or high chair is provided. Check-in is carried out in person.

Check-in after 10.00 pm incurs an additional charge, which will vary depending on your arrival time.

On 24 and 31 December, check-in between 8.00 pm and 10.00 pm will incur a surcharge.
