At Nicolle and Jean's – A House Near Narbonne

"Chez Nicolle & Jean" is a family home that we’d like to rent out occasionally so that guests can discover this magnificent department: the Aude.

A spacious villa with a garden and pool, located just outside the center of a small village between Narbonne and Carcassonne, offers a relaxing getaway for the whole family.

The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
The property
Outdoor area:
- fenced pool
- garden lounge
- patio + dining area
- swings
- trampoline.

On the first floor, you will find:
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a large 30 m² living room
- a children’s playroom with a single-person sofa bed
- a half-bath.

Upstairs, you will find:
- a bathroom (shower + bathtub)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140×200)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140×200) + 1 children’s bed (70×140)
- 1 bedroom with a two-person sofa bed.

In the basement, you’ll have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Parking is available in the courtyard.

“Chez Nicolle et Jean” is a family home suitable for families. I simply ask that you take good care of it during your stay, as it holds immeasurable sentimental value.

Pets are, of course, welcome (as long as you pick up after them :)).

Part of the front yard is off-limits because we store farm equipment there.

Parties and bachelorette/bachelor parties are not allowed.

Some rooms will be closed and off-limits. Not all closets are empty, as we keep some of our belongings there. Therefore, we ask that you do not open any rooms or closets marked with a red sticker. Thank you 😊
