Ontbijt was uitstekend.'

'Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! 'We travel a LOT. We stayed here for four nights. It was by far the most excellent place we have ever stayed. Everything about it was perfect. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The food was excellent. The overall place, and our room, was kept immaculately clean. It was quiet, peaceful, and the grounds and surroundings were beautiful.'

'Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. This is a pristine place to...

'Vriendelijke ontvangst. Kreeg goede aanwijzingen waar gratis te parkeren. Kleine, kaig geubileerde kamer. Smal bed.'

'This is an automated reception. No staff. Un-personal hotel. Minimal features. Small room. Nothing memorable. The automated receptionist is a project on its own; think of SIRI ten years ago, be patient. You will need it. Skip if possible.'
