Furthermore, the building provides complimentary heated and secure underground parking for each unit, featuring a 7.3-foot garage clearance.

The condo is located in Spring Creek, near Cornerstone Theatre and close drive of Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise. You`ll find a handful of grocery stores, spas, restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

Additionally, you`ll find a spa, wine store, and an outdoor creekside restaurant patio at the nearby Malcolm Hotel, all within a block`s reach.
