Annex building, kamer was dikke prima. Nieuw nette grote badkamer. Parkeren was prima bij het gebouw Restaurant hotel was ook uitstekend.

Fantastic spot! Check in was smooth and easy. I forgot to grab the lady’s name but she was very good and friendly. Great amenities in the suite. Parking was convenient. Nothing negative to say about the place. Was my second time staying here and they always exceed expectations.

Construction occurring around the hotel, and the hallways looked poorly managed and not clean. Also no wifi the whole stay.

Noisy as it backs onto the highway. Also very thin walls amd could clearly hear ppl in room next to us. Lots of children/families. Baseboards had all been ripped off and wallpaper was pealing up the wall. Not what I was expecting, especially for how expensive it was. Wouldnt book here again, but sufficient enough. Walking distance to downtown.

Lots of construction. The pool was busy and the entrance to the pool was congested. Limited dining options. The rooms were alright but they are old and some shoddy work in the bathrooms. Ran out of parking onsite. Overall it was an okay stay.

It is normally busy on weekends and I understand it gets congested in the pool area as we share the building facilities to other property management companies/guests in the building. We rented a 2 bedroom suite for a girls trip. The suite had a nice layout, it was spacious and cozy. However, the floors was very dirty and the kitchen lacked many essentials ( i.e there was only 2 bowls, 2 wine glasses, 1 champagne flute. Not well stocked.

Everything was pretty good aside from the fact that there was construction going on at the time we stayed which wasn’t disclosed until the day before we arrived. Pool facility was fun for the kids but needed more seating and the hallway to get to the pool was very tight.

Overall stay was good. The suite was nice to have two bedrooms for a family of 4 with a kitchen and space for kids to play away from the beds. Disappointed in the cleanliness. Showed up to our room and the bbq had not been cleaned, it was still opened with open bottle of bbq sauce and used plates, tongs, napkins sitting on it. The room could use a few just maintenance things which would probably help the cleanliness feel of the place.

Other than the waterslide not being on in the morning when the pool opened, and our coffee maker in the room being broken, the hotel is in a great location. Front desk staff were slower to get us checked in and morning staff was on her phone scrolling when I needed to talk to her.

Our stay was convenient and everything we needed for arrangements while we were visiting the area were there. The service when we first came to check in seemed a little short with us, but there were no issues. We really appreciate the facilities you had to offer, and we enjoyed our stay :)

Late check in and early check out. No change rooms for pool. We stayed and annex and was extremely inconvenient to go to the pool. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Asked for extra robes and towels as we were 4 and they only had 2 in the room. Said they’d bring things to room and never came. We will not be staying here again

The Good: location, mountain view, fireplace in room. The Bad: bed runner had stains. Mattress needs to be replaced - divots (295). Room wasn’t especially soundproof. Annex building inconvenient when room key stopped working and I had to walk to main building.

Overall our stay was good. We stayed in the annex building and not sure we would ever again. We would try for the main hotel. The parking was awful. We have an suv and there was next to no parking spots to accommodate that. If you came back after supper there were no spots. The main hotel looked great though.

Won't stay again.
We thought we were staying at the main lodge, but we are at the side building, which is pretty old and outdated. The entrance to the swimming pool is very tight, and no room to change. Disappointed with the amenities. The location of the hotel is close to the trains, which was noisy throughout the night. Not a resort of any kind!
