Best Relaxing King Bed Suite/Mtn. View, Heated Pool & Hot Tubs

Comfortable one bedroom condo with two beds, in-suite laundry and views of outdoor pool area. After a day of fresh mountain air, come home to enjoy the outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness room or sit on our balcony to take in the mountain views. This mountain retreat is well located; 3 minute drive or 12 min walk to downtown and trails by the Bow River; Private BBQ grill, Fireplace, Underground Parking and 24 Hours Front Desk available. Good for longer stays! Plus, Park Pass!

The features you will enjoy while your staying:

The KITCHEN is furnished with stainless steel appliances (full fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker), and high style 4 seat dining table, it’s all ready for you to whip up homemade delights if you feel like staying in. There is a gas barbecue on the balcony if you feel like cooking outside. We have an array of cooking utensils, cooking sauces and cleaning supplies, as well a limited selection of some general beverage items (starter pack).

The LIVING AREA offers creature comforts, including a cozy gas fireplace (it will be turned off from mid of June to mid of October, tv (with Netflix), books, yoga mat and board games. The queen sized sofa-bed accommodates two people. A 3-in-1 portable inverter air conditioner (cools areas up to 600 SQ. FT.) is provided from mid of June to mid of October.

The BEDROOM comes complete with a king sized bed, tv (with Netflix), alarm clock with charging port, wireless charger , clothes hangers, and suitcase stands. An iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are stored in the closet.

The BATHROOM comes with complementary toiletries, as well as towels, hairdryer and make up mirror.

An IN SUITE WASHER & DRYER is provided, equipped with laundry detergent.

An AIR SANITIZER is provided for your choice to turn it on or off to protect you and your loved ones.

There is HEATED UNDERGROUND PARKING available for your first vehicle, and street parking for any additional vehicles.

This condo is strictly NO SMOKING ($450 fine and unfavorable review).

Damage Deposit of $280.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported.

No pets allowed ($200 fine and $85 per night will be charged if bringing pets)

We loved this home - clean, organized, and the host was extremely responsive - even agreed to our request to extend our check-out. Honestly, the only reason we chose to lose a star is because the pull-out bed was very uncomfortable, which led to us not being able to sleep. The mattress was thin, and the metal bars underneath were protruding on our backs, which was truly unfortunate in an otherwise excellent experience.

Nice place that was clean and had all the amenities one would need. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and appreciated the coffee selection. The communication with the host was seamless and appreciated. Location is also great--a 15-minute walk to downtown. Cozy mountain getaway

Comfortable, cozy one bedroom. We loved sitting out on the balcony and soaking in the amazing mountain view. The pool and hot tubs were great features. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub in our building. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were cards, games and books for entertainment, as well as a national park pass and tourism brochures - greatly appreciated. The suite was warm but the a/c unit in the living room and fan in the bedroom really helped. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host to our questions and taking fast action on our feedback. Parking was plentiful underground and there was some parking in front of the building as well. The building is in a great location - quick walk to get into walking paths along the creek or walk/drive to downtown. Overall a great stay.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful one bedroom (with pull out sofa bed) unit. Full size kitchen with lots of cooking utensils and dishes. Included coffee, tea and various other condiments in the fridge. Underground parking was a bonus. Super comfortable king size bed. Beautiful views from the balcony. Facilities also has 3 hot tubs and an outdoor swimming pool. Very close to Banff (20 minutes).If you are there on a Thursday, make sure you check out the market in town, lots of great items. Can't wait to come back....tx again for making our trip fabulous.

May long Weekend

The place is very nice. Has everything you need.Parking was a bit of a challenge, mainly because I drove our pick up truck down . If I had driven our mid sized car down parking would have been easier. The only thing that was an issue for us ,was the blinds in the bedroom don’t block the morning sun out very well, but we’re used to total black out curtains at home.

Great renter (communication and accuracy of listing) In Suite clean and had everything needed for the weekend. Common areas - Building maintenance could be better. More areas to dispose of waste would be nice. Very far walk to the only garbage area in building left some guests leaving piles of garbage in elevator areas and in the parkade. Elevator door from Parkage should be marked more clearly. I am other guests were left wandering to find the exit. location is great 360 degrees of mountain views. Trails and outdoor activities plenty. Pool was warm and jacuzzis were hot :)
