Welcome to our apartment with an exceptional location,
Located on the third floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to tourist places, space, air conditioning, balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
The accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen open to the living-dining room with television and access to the small balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basic products in the kitchen and bathroom will also be present so that you can take full advantage of your arrival in the accommodation.

## Access

The accommodation is located in the heart of the city of Cannes which makes it easily accessible.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the entire accommodation.

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.

##Neighborhood

“La Banana” is a district of the commune of Cannes located between the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, rue d’Antibes, the beaches and prestigious hotels.

The Old Town is the essential district of Cannes, with its numerous shops and palaces. It is also a very sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Rue d’Antibes is a 1-minute walk away…Not forgetting the beach and the Croisette 5 minutes away. You will be a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
Bakery and supermarket are located a stone's throw from the building.


Whether you are on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as a point of interest or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the beaches of the Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a famous place for walking and shopping. Coffee/restaurant break, we advise you to sit in a café on rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere reigning in the old town of Suquet will seduce you.

## Transit

Public transport in Cannes:
The population of Cannes increases fourfold during the film festival period and in summer. Instead of looking for a parking space near the Croisette when you go to the center of Cannes, it is recommended to leave your vehicle at the residence and use public transport.
Regional Express Train (TER SNCF): The Cannes SNCF station is a 5-minute drive from the residence. The lines will allow you to reach Nice, Antibes or even Monaco
Marinello maritime shuttle: During the summer, a maritime shuttle service is set up. This means of transport allows you to cross the bay of Cannes in a pleasant way at a low cost

This residence is a good quality residence, of course we will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
