'The unit in our room was extremely loud. And there was no fan in the bathroom so it got very steamy. The bed and the pillows were comfortable.'

'This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in.'

'Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. Thermostat was broken too. Way too much smoking taking place in the casino. Sat at an electronic machine with a live host and waited 30 minutes for a waitress (after turning on the set of light) and she...

'Do not choose this hotel it was terrible stay so bad that me and my girl even checked out a day early. The staff was not helpful when asked for help the air conditioner was in terrible condition, the room constantly smelled cigarettes, the bathroom tub was in bad shape , the toilet got clogged the room was filled with ants so bad that it even got onto our beds. 'The restored Wilbur Mansion was spectacular. The rooms were huge, the location was convenient, the amenities were perfect, the old architecture elements and history were fascinating, and the staff made us feel right at home. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best we've ever had.'
