'First, I want to mention that the front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. When I initially checked into the room, I was very satisfied. 'We had a very weird situation. We checked in on Friday. I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. 'This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in.'

'Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary.
