'The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again. The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why...

'I stayed at this hotel after booking through Expedia and had a terrible experience. They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they immediately blamed me and attempted to force an unfair charge. On top of that, the hotel claimed there was a “7-day stay policy” through Expedia, which is completely false and was never disclosed during booking. It felt dishonest and...
