They were so accomodating during check-in, upon my return at the end of the day, at breakfast, and when I needed to store some things there after check-out. They made me feel so at home. 'The owners and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room lacked cleanliness especially in the bathroom and I had multiple problems with the AC unit. I had to bring my own fan in to cool the room down Great price for what you get, but housekeeping should definitely improve. '

'I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to as I feel it is the best value property in the Fredericksburg area. I have never had a horrible experience here, the service, cleanliness, and condition of the rooms are always a good value for what's paid. If I can be picky, the mattress is on the firm side, but the room is always clean, all of the lights work properly and well, and usually the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Will continue to stay here when I'm in the area. '
