'We felt instantly at home. It was the perfect size for us and the perfect location. Of course the visiting dear added to the whole experience. Elizabeth is a wonderful host. She left us a nice gift card to enjoy at a local café, which was excellent! Communication was easy, and Elizabeth was very accommodating. We are very much looking forward to going back!'

'Karen and David have created a wonderful, "Home away from home" with this property. A quiet setting, very clean and well stocked bathroom and kitchen, a soooo comfortable bed, and a nice room to relax and watch t.v. after a long day of hiking. The only down side was having to leave!'

'This property was exactly what you should expect in a mountain cabin. Beautifully appointed and unbelievably clean. You notice how well kept it is the second you walk in the door. Very cute decor. My mom has lived in this area for 26 years. We rented this cabin to surprise her for her 80th birthday. It's wonderful. '

'We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was clean and we got to relax in the hot tub right after it snowed and watch the magpies. The location is excellent and we got to hike a little before storms moved in. It was so close to everything fun to do which is convenient. Will absolutely stay again.'

'We loved the property. Our kids had a blast playing outside and we were greeted by many deer during our stay. We would definitely advise having a 4x4 during the winter, we had to use 4x4 multiple times while we were there. The only thing we would have changed would be the darkness of the curtains in the rooms. We were able to sit around the fire pit on the porch and grill while we were there. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save so much money by cooking. We will definitely be back!'

'I wish it was more clear that you may not be the only people on the property. There is a studio also on the property and it was occupied. We had small kids and that might have factored in to our stay. Also, it has some plumbing issues with the showers that means low pressure and a dangerous mixing valve on one shower. Some rooms get hot and more fans would help. The place is in desperate need of new blinds and curtains; several windows and doors had nothing, even in bedrooms. That's just not...

'Loved our stay here! We had great weather so we were able to utilize the outdoor spaces as well. We played games and had cocktails on the 3 tiered deck and met the friendly neighbors and their cute pups. The house itself was so unique (hate cookie cutter models), both interior and exterior. Beds were very comfortable, and the upstairs offered a AC unit that we used because it did get warm up there. It was a nice walk to downtown, very doable for able bodied people. 'It was good. It was a little bit of pleasure along with Business. The pillows weren't that great and we really had a hard time figuring out how to use the microwave. Also, they do not have an oven when we travel we like to cook as much as we can, and wine glasses would be a plus if they had them, but other than that it was a very nice stay. 'We had an absolutely magical stay for a quiet weekend getaway. The house is remote, the views are breathtaking, the saltwater hottub is hot, and we decided to give cooking a break and the owner, Joyce, made delicious meals for us (Greek lunch - best chicken soup ever; pot roast for dinner; and the absolute best coffee cake we have EVER tasted).
