'The property was of an ideal size for us and our 15 months baby. It is very quite, surrounded by fruit trees orchards and farm fields. Despite arriving later than expected, Steve was present to welcome us and brief us on the house an surroundings. The cottage is in good condition, especially the kitchen and bathroom that look almost new. The kitchen is very well equipped. We even had the pleasant surprise of finding fresh milk, local apple juice and cross buns which were great for our first...

'We (six adults and three small kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. Good amenities in the cottage, ample space for sleeping, playing and eating and great surroundings. An ideal place for a family outing.'

'The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend.'

'The Old Schoolroom is restored with much care and taste resulting in a very comfortable cottage. There are lots of public footpaths to explore when stepping out the door and beaches and Canterbury are within a short drive through the very beautiful landscape. The hosts are very friendly and everybody seems to be raving about the welcome tray and fresh cut flowers... and they are right to :-)'
