'Very (unexpectedly) nice property which appears to be brand new. Modern, very clean room with great air conditioning. Elevator was a great touch. Our 10-year-old was with us and the staff even put out a child-sized robe which was an amazingly thoughtful touch. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, even struggling with English to accommodate us. Safe (free!), on-site parking. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Una bella sorpresa. Una struttura con uno staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camere spaziose e pulite . Ristorante all’interno della struttura molto buono con menù diversi ogni gg e parcheggio chiuso la sera molto comodo. Devo dire grazie allo staff che sono stati disponibili dopo la chiusura della reception, avendo avuto un piccolo problema in camera , perché neanche dopo 10 min il titolare è venuto aiutarmi e sistemare il problema all’una del mattino ! Tornerò sicuramente! '

'Hotel is quiet and clean. Close to a bus stop , banks , and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Eggs can be requested at breakfast. The view from my room and balcony was amazing . I'll be back ! '

'Hotel was where we and guests stayed for our sons wedding in Volturara. We also hosted a reception at hotel in the restaurant for 25 friends and family. Some were unhappy with having to pay for parking since we reserved so many rooms.

The breakfast is very good. Service was wonderful - everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist. There is also a nice pool and lobby bar. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Avellino.'

'We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. '
