'Very (unexpectedly) nice property which appears to be brand new. Modern, very clean room with great air conditioning. Elevator was a great touch. Our 10-year-old was with us and the staff even put out a child-sized robe which was an amazingly thoughtful touch. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, even struggling with English to accommodate us. Safe (free!), on-site parking. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Una bella sorpresa. Una struttura con uno staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camere spaziose e pulite . Ristorante all’interno della struttura molto buono con menù diversi ogni gg e parcheggio chiuso la sera molto comodo. Devo dire grazie allo staff che sono stati disponibili dopo la chiusura della reception, avendo avuto un piccolo problema in camera , perché neanche dopo 10 min il titolare è venuto aiutarmi e sistemare il problema all’una del mattino ! Tornerò sicuramente! '

'Hotel was where we and guests stayed for our sons wedding in Volturara. We also hosted a reception at hotel in the restaurant for 25 friends and family. Some were unhappy with having to pay for parking since we reserved so many rooms.

'This is a nice hotel in a small city. It is updated, clean and convenient to nearby attractions, and there is a wonderful full-service, fine dining restaurant on the property. The breakfast is very good. Service was wonderful - everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist. There is also a nice pool and lobby bar. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Avellino.'

'Het verblijf was goed alleen het ontbijt was slecht verzorgd en dat kwam denk ik omdat wij om 0.700 zijn vetrokken en het ontbijt nog niet gereed stond. De nachtbewaking gaf ons ontbijt en het was duidelijk dat hij niet wist hoe dat moest. Maar we nemen hem dat niet kwalijk. Het hotel was prima,netjes en schoon.'

The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. '
