'The room was large with good amenities- kettle, bar fridge (with milk, water bottles), iron, pod coffee machine. Hotel also has a laundry, gym and pool. The standout was the breakfast buffet. There was a good selection of food, including fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, pancakes, bread and cooked breakfast foods. Also juices and tea and coffee. Food was replaced regularly. We ate at the bistro in the afternoon. There was a service and food were excellent. We got a 10% discount and a free drink....

'Travelled down to the coast to see a show. Arrived late afternoon for one night stay..so just needed bed for the night. Room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. On site cafe was good for coffee and a croissant before we were on our way. Being a weekend .. free roadside parking was a bonus'

'Was at The Langham for a 3 day conference. Everything was excellent. However, was not exemplary in that in room coffee machine did not work and was replaced after a period of time. On one day room had started to be serviced but team had failed to replace towels and had left a cleaning cloth were towels should have been.'
