This home is designed for an easy and relaxing getaway, with many essential amenities provided for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials for cooking and dining. Bath towels, hot tub towels, kitchen towels, and bed linen are also provided and there's a convenient laundry room located on the first floor. The spacious yard features a swing set, fire pit, ladder ball, cornhole, and a disc golf basket for endless outdoor fun. Inside, enjoy a game of foosball or small games like Jenga and checkers. After a day of exploring the beautiful Texas Hill Country, unwind on the back deck or relax in the hot tub. While the lake level is currently low and public boat ramps are closed, Canyon Lake Marina continues to offer premium boat rentals, and with fewer vessels on the water, it’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a more exclusive and tranquil lake experience. During your stay, you'll have access to the custom home, the hot tub on the back deck, swing set, fire pit (closed during burn bans), propane BBQ grill (with propane provided), and the surrounding yard, which spans approximately 1.5 acres. There is a large circular driveway, and the left entrance is shared with the driveway leading to the neighboring tiny house. Upon entering the left gate, the driveway splits, providing each home with its own designated driveway and parking area. Although the homes are visible to one another, they are more than 200 feet apart.

The faux wood stove "fireplace" features battery-operated, remote-controlled candles. Please note, it is not a real fireplace, so no actual fire is allowed.

To ensure the best upkeep of the hot tub, our spa maintenance company cleans and balances it every Tuesday and Friday, even during your stay. During holiday weeks, the cleaning schedule may be adjusted to avoid coinciding with the holiday itself.

We have a couple of cameras on the property that monitor the driveway and yard. We take our guests' privacy very seriously, and no cameras are located or directed inside the home, back decks, or hot tub areas. The cameras only monitor the driveway and front door.

Please note that the Canyon Lake Dam and Overlook Park will be closed from March 31, 2025, to September 30, 2025. During this time, North Park Campground will remain open for running, walking, and biking.
