Please be advised that when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F, the pools will automatically enter freeze mode. During this time, pool heaters will not be operational to protect the equipment from damage.

Please be aware that Comal County may have an active burn ban during your stay. This means that outdoor fires, including fire pits, bonfires, and brush burning, are not permitted. Grilling is generally allowed, but we ask that you use caution and follow all safety guidelines. Thank you for helping us keep the property and community safe!



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the home, plunge pool, decks, grill, game area, and driveway. Entry is via smart lock with a code sent 24 hours before check-in.
