Lake Front Property w/ Lake Access & View

Experience Canyon Lake at our peaceful lakefront property. Friends and family can gather for a wonderful time. The expansive outdoor experience provides a serenity that is unmatched.

House Amenities:
*Primary- king bed, 2nd room- queen bed, 3rd room- XL full bed
*Pack 'n play, high chair avail

Outside Amenities:
*Fire pit- check for burn bans
*Charcoal grill
*Community pool -open Memorial - Labor Day wkend
*Common green space attached to play, fly kites, enjoy the deer and play in the water

The closest boat ramp is 20 or 21 and it is about a 9-10 minute drive from the lake house.
• No smoking inside. Please pick up any cigarette butts outside. Security deposit will be forfeited if any cigarette butts are found on the premises
• Maximum occupancy- 6 persons, please do not exceed this limit
• No disposal in the kitchen so please no food scraps in the sink
• No pets
• No water balloons to protect wildlife
• Be aware of Comal County burn bans and do not use the fire pit when in effect
• Do not put beer cans/bottles or trash of any kind in the fire pit
• Please do not feed deer in the yard. They will poop where we play. Walk past the fire pit to throw the corn. Do not spill corn on the deck as this attracts rodents (see welcome book for deer feeding tips)
• Please move trash bins out to the curb on Wednesday evening- trash comes on Thursday morning
• Please return outdoor and indoor furniture to their original location
