Maricopa Magic is designed to make memories. Your family will be able to spread out in this 3000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sitting on over ½ acre in a quiet neighborhood. We have lots of extras including a large back yard, a free-standing game room, an office, a children's’ playscape w/ swings, an offset smoker BBQ pit, a Santa Maria grill, and a fire pit for your nighttime gathering. Enjoy quite evenings under the string-lights on the 100 year old oak tree and make s'mores on the pit and sip on your favorite beverage.


You must be 25 years old to book Maricopa Magic. The property is not equipped for pets. Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, please be aware that we do not allow parties with over the 12 person limit. Maricopa Magic sits on a dead-end street with more deer than vehicles, far from the crowded party atmosphere of River Road.

THE DETAILS
Maricopa Magic has 4 bedrooms, all downstairs, with a living room, dining room, breakfast room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Just bring the food you want to cook! Your family will enjoy the free-standing gameroom and the garage hang-out with a 55" TV. Young children will have fun on the play-scape and swings. The string lit 100- year-old oak tree and fire pit in the back yard offer enjoyable and relaxing evenings.

Maricopa Magic is only 1 mile from the entrance to the Horseshoe tubing hot spot on the Guadalupe River. Just past the Horseshoe is the Whitewater Amphitheater, which is just 1.3 miles from Maricopa Magic. We are 4 miles from OPEN boat ramp #17 on Canyon Lake, so bring your boat since there is ample parking at the house.. Please note that there is no direct access to the river from Maricopa Magic. The river-front properties in the subdivision are private property.
