This lake home greets guests with a long driveway perfect for parking boats, water crafts, or several vehicles. The charming entrance includes a large front porch with rocking chairs making for a perfect space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and peaceful Hill Country views.

Inside this modern home find an open floor plan offering tile flooring, an inviting wood burning fireplace with rustic rock work, rich leather seating, and a breakfast bar offering ample seating. Guests will find this space roomy enough to watch a favorite sports team, or a movie on the flat-screen television while enjoying a favorite beverage or snack from the breakfast bar.

A full gourmet kitchen will satisfy everyone’s hunger. This kitchen opens to the family room and includes an electric cooktop, full size refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. This fully equipped kitchen will meet all the wishes of any cook. Find plenty of seating for everyone at the four person breakfast bar and dining table with seating for eight or take in the views and dine alfresco on the back deck area. *An added bonus located off the kitchen is a full laundry room for guests to use.

A second retreat offers two queen beds with neutral tones, plenty of storage, and relaxing Hill Country views. The third retreat, hosts a queen bed with blue tones, and plenty of storage. A second bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a large vanity. Behind the barn door find a media room offering a large screen television making a perfect space for kids to escape and enjoy a favorite movie or game. The outdoor space offers breathtaking views and overlooks a wooded lawn with multiple gathering areas.
