Beautiful wood deck on the river with swim ladder nestled under huge cypress trees on the river. Great spot to hang out with family and friends. After a long day at the river sit by the fire enjoy the stars and roast smores! Plenty of space to camp. Beautiful night time sky's filled with stars and fire flies. Enjoy the top deck and the nice cool breeze off the river at night.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation for weather. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will get a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus the processing fee. No refunds within 14 days of arrival. The processing fee is $75.
