'I was scammed. They told us the swimming pools and spa were included. On arrival this was not the case and we had to pay €80 more, almost the price of the apartment. We had a really long discussion and she was threatening us to cancel the accommodation.'

'If there is a rating of 0/10, i will do it. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THIS IS A SCAM. Me and my friends (all women) were ghosted by the host despite following all proper communication requirement such as contacting 24 hours before check in. I have attempted to contact the owner months before the day we arrived to let her know we will be checking in late due to our flight. We arrived in Ha Long at midnight, attempted to contact the owner. No answers. No messages. No instructions for the guard...
