The property features a well equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a nice balcony with awning, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. The residence features a shared outdoor swimming pool. The apartment comes with one uncovered parking space.
