Comfortable two-storey terraced house featuring a balcony and a private garden with barbecue, located in a residence with shared outdoor pools, and one uncovered parking spot. It can accommodate up to six guests. The house consists of an open plan kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a dining/living room with a trundle bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower box. Beach distance: 410mt. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
