The property consists of an open plan kitchenette, a living/dining room with a trundle bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower box. The house features a balcony and a private garden. Equipped with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 460mt. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
