Meriggio Barn is a private villa that tells a story of tradition and renewal. This 260 m² antique straw barn, perfectly restored, is nestled in a charming hamlet on the hillsides east of Lucca. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the property offers a peaceful retreat where the beauty of the Tuscan landscape blends seamlessly with modern comfort. The salted swimming pool is situated about 30 m from the property in a peaceful position in a lower-level respect the house, measuring 6 x 12 m with a minimum depth of 1.5 m to a maximum of 2.5 m with a fading border. The water is purified with salt. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs, and umbrellas, making it the perfect place to unwind.
